Breakfast- steamed soon kueh
Lunch- watermelon 2  slices , kanji Keerai Brocoli yogurt brown rice bitter gourd soup
Huge bar of chocolate
6 pm- glass of milk
1 apple
Dinner- idly chutney pachadi kanji beans kavanarisi
2 jam biscuits
