what I'd like everyday

what I'd like to do everyday 

1. 30 min of vigorous exercise that makes me sweat

2. 15 min walk in nature 

3. 5 min at least of quiet time of meditation / reflection 

4..10 min to read quietly 

total 1 hour per day to recharge and build energy 

5. drink 2l of water each day

6. eat some fruits/ raw vegetables everyday
