bread baking

3.25 cups of bread flour 
2 tsp/tbs instant yeast

water salt yeast and bread flour for main bread with a few drops of olive oil and corn flour for dusting 

then added a veg wash and applied  sesame seeds on top..

for wash- butter, salt, sugar and milk

  1. Flavor ideas: Before pouring in the water in step 1, add any of the following ingredients/combination of ingredients to the dry ingredients in the bowl: 4 cloves minced garlic + 3 Tablespoons chopped rosemary, 3 Tablespoons your favorite fresh herb (chopped), 1 cup your favorite shredded cheese, a diced jalapeño, 3/4 – 1 cup dried cranberries and/or chopped nuts, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, etc
  2. Choosing seeds and grains

    There are many ingredients we can use for topping bread dough, but there's one thing you need to keep in mind. Whatever topping you choose, it will be toasted in the oven as your dough is baked. Therefore, there's no need to toast seeds or grains before using them; they'll be just right by the time your bread is fully baked. If you toast them ahead of time they might be overly done, or even burned, by the end of baking
