Tom yam fettucine with chocolate prata

Chilli crab ice- cream and durian samosa

Masala creme brule in gulab jamun cake 

These are just some of my (least) 

favourite things.

When the urge bites

to try something new,

when I'm feeling brave

I just think of the clash of these tastes on my buds

and say 

nooooo

thanks.

Why would we want 

to put together 

such contrasting notes 

I'm sure they work for some

just not for me
