started one by myself on April 21. lasted 4.5 days. then had carbs.
gonna try next 6 days having just one main meal a day and have only juices drinks or fruits rest of the meals. if I can do that maybe can keep this up for 5 days a week. 5 days a week just eat one main meal a day. half the time is just temptation and greed. not hunger .
